Statement of Investment Principles (SIP)
The law requires trustees of a scheme with more than 100 members to prepare a SIP and ensure it is reviewed at least every three years and without delay after any significant change in investment policy [1]. The purpose of a SIP is to set out our investment strategy, including the investment objectives and investment policies we adopt for the above scheme.

Engagement Policy Implementation Statement (EPIS)
New regulations that apply from 1 October 2020 have set out the following requirements for trustees of defined benefit pension plans regarding the production of an Engagement Policy Implementation Statement ("the Statement" or "EPIS"):
The EPIS must set out information on how trustees have put the stewardship policy in the Statement of Investment Principles ("SIP") into practice, particularly in relation to voting and engagement.
Trustees must publish their EPIS online (from 1 October 2021) and in the annual report and accounts where they are produced after 1 October 2020.
